Our bouncers book up quickly, so we ask that you book as much in advance as possible. Our pick up times also fill up quickly. Our latest pick up time available is 9:30 pm. As it gets darker sooner our latest pick up time changes to 8:00

A $50 deposit is required within 48 hours from the time the reservation is made. When we deliver the bouncer the remaining balance is due. We accept cash or credit card. All deposits are non-refundable unless a cancellation is due to bad weather (rain, thunder storms or wind 10-15+ mph) or made at least three days prior to the event.

We will deliver and setup the bounce house prior to your event. We do not charge a delivery fee if you live within 20 miles of Tooele, Utah. We deliver to the surrounding areas for an additional fee. Please call to get a delivery price quote.

We would rather place the bouncer on grassy areas but they can be set up on concrete or asphalt. The bouncer will not be left unless it is able to be secured with stakes or sandbags. We must use a tarp if there are rocks or twigs in the area where the bouncer is to be put up. We will not put up the bouncer if there are animal droppings or debris. The bouncer must be able to be put up within 75 feet of power. Please leave the bouncer blown up until we get there because we inspect each unit prior to taking it down.

We try our best to keep the bouncers clean and sanitary. If the bouncer is dirty when we pick it up there will be a cleaning fee. We understand that there is a reasonable amount of dirt or grass that gets tracked in but we ask that you not to get mud, food, drinks, water, silly string, gum or tape in the bouncer.

We do not allow customers to pick up our bouncers or to set them up.

Normal wear and tear is reasonably expected over the course of time. However, if damages are done due to negligence or inappropriate use of the bouncer the renter is financially responsible for any additional fees for repair or replacement costs.

The wet and dry bouncers are made differently which allows some bouncers to be used with water. Please do not use water on a dry only unit. If a dry only unit has been used with water the renter is financially responsible for any and all damage that occur and the renter may be financially responsible to replace the unit if it has sustained damage that can not be repaired.
